Property Advisor

Idris Estates is a hybrid estate agency, on a mission to empower customers by providing a smarter, easier, and more transparent way to buy and sell homes in North Wales. Combining the expertise of local estate agents, with real time data-led insight, brought together with bespoke digital tools.

This role is responsible for embodying Idris Estates values, and mission while supporting our market share growth ambitions, aiding customers bringing their properties to market, and supporting them through the marketing and sales process.

Day to day activities include business development growing the brand and market, completing property market appraisals and viewings, managing and maintaining customer relationships, and supporting the customer throughout their home moving journey.

We are looking for experienced agents with two or more years experience, who have a proven track record at valuing properties in the Abergele, Colwyn Bay areas.

Salary is made up of three elements, including basic salary, car allowance, and commissions (paid monthly).

**Salary**: £38,000.00-£46,000.00 per year
