**Orchard Orthodontics **is a long-established multi-site practice, **l*ooking to recruit an **Receptionist/Treatment Coordinator* to join their dynamic team. The role will be based across both practices, each of which is situated walking distance from excellent transport links, has a patient-focused approach, with the majority of patients attending through word of mouth recommendation. The staff are proud of the amazing results they achieve and are looking forward to welcoming a new member to their team.

The Receptionist role involves the day to day running of the practice providing patients with the highest standard of customer service. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will take the patient through the treatment journey and be able to confidently discuss the treatment and fees involved. The job of the treatment coordinator requires responsibility, patience, understanding and empathy when dealing with patients ensuring that all patients have a flawless journey from first contact to initial consultation right through to after care.
- Accurately and efficiently liaise all relevant information between staff.
- Work with the in-clinic team to support day to day out patient operations ensuring a seamless experience for all patients, visitors, consultants, and staff.
- Work proactively to identify and solve or report issues
- You will be the patient’s first contact with the clinic and will be responsible for acting as the patient concierge, greeting clients in the clinic
- You will follow protocols and take payments while maintaining the clinic’s exceptional customer service standards.
- You will ensure that all patient records are kept up to date and be responsible for managing the consultant diaries to ensure the clinic is running efficiently.
- You will handle general day to day activities such as opening and closing the clinic, ensuring the clinic is always presented to the best standard, general housekeeping duties.
- General administration including answering phone calls, booking the diary, maintaining and updating computerised patient notes, medical administration, liaising with external labs etc
- Be able to discuss treatment options, fees with the aim of achieving a sale

You will ideally have the following attributes:

- A team player with the ability to perform your role in a calm and efficient manner while working in a busy environment.Good relationship builder - ability to create strong working relationships across the practice
- Experience of working in a similar high-end environment, delivering exceptional levels of service
- Confident in verbal communication and sales
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and immaculate written English
- A polished appearance and professional manner
- Excellent IT and administrative skills.
- A positive ‘can do’ attitude
- A calm demeanour with prior experience working under pressure using sensitivity and discretion always
- Fluency in Spanish is advantageous

Position: Full time
Hours: 41 hours per week

**Competitive Salary**

- Monday to Friday
