**Key responsibilities**

Responsible for the delivery of new sustainable energy solutions within stores and leading minor capital work activity.
- Lead the Store Maintenance Partners to deliver an effective maintenance service across the store estate
- Provide a maintenance service that supports our internal customer needs including unit managers and regional managers
- Provide support to property related emergencies such as health and safety, security, light and heat to ensure safe trading and business continuity.
- Day to day management of reactive revenue cost and business case justifications for capex expenditure to ensure a value for money solution
- Day to day management of compliance including the completion of planned maintenance, safety, and work quality
- Support in the management of the Store Maintenance Supply chain
- Support in the management and implementation of an accurate asset register
- Support in the management of the 3rd party helpdesk

**Required skills & experience**
- Proven experience of leading a regionally dispersed team
- Experience of managing P&L’s, budgets/ costs
- Driven and capable of working at pace
- Ability to negotiate and find win/ win outcomes
- Strong communicator capable of influencing at all levels within the organisation
- Capable of building and presenting engaging presentations to senior business stakeholders
- Will need to travel to stores and SSO as required/ Full UK driving licence/ Ability to work remotel
- Technical professional qualification or experience desired not essential
- Relevant (Hons) Degree Level or higher qualification
- Experience in project/ program management
