**Responsibilities**:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Inbound/outbound call handling
- Provide customers with product information and advice.
- Assist customers in selecting the right product for their needs.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer orders and payments.
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
**Skills Required**:
- Excellent customer service
- Attention to detail
- Work well under pressure
- Be a team player
- Time management
- Allocate workload effectively due to priority tasks
**Experience**
- Administration experience essential
- Sales experience beneficial
- Full training provided
Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8:45-17:30
**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dagenham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
