Up to £60k basic, + Car + petrol + private healthcare + Annual company bonus + uncapped commission on new sales, contract renewals and contract amendments. OTE £100k

**About the role**

The Regional (Branch) Operations manager will be responsible for the planning, coordination and controlling the safe provision of professional cleaning and associated services to the businesses' clients.

The Branch Operations Manager is a senior role, client facing and client focused. The number 1 objective of the role is client satisfaction and retention. The Midlands Area Manager will be primarily responsible for the P&L for the whole of the Midlands,East and West, up to Yorkshire and down to Bristol. Branch turnovers are typically between £3 M for a small branch to £ 7 M for a large branch. You will be responsible for renewing existing contracts and winning some new business. This role typically managesbetween 3 and 6 Area Managers, and in the case of a large branch has a deputy (Ops Manager).

In return for your hard work our client offers a basic salary of up to £60k per year, depending on experience, in addition to 10% commission on all one off work and amendments and shared commission with BDMs/Area Managers on new business identified. Youwill also be eligible for end of year bonus (based on the overall company profitability. Last year the bonus was five figures).

On top of this you will get a company car/ allowance and fuel card. OTE on this package is in excess of £100k.

This role is available for a start as soon as possible and interviews will be arranged as soon as possible. Generally, this will involve an initial face to face interview followed by an opportunity to meet the team.
