Provide advice and support to staff on software and system queries. Support the delivery of e-Rostering and eJob planning system training and maintain training materials. Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure information is submitted for reports to meet deadlines, following up where information does not meet the required standards or is not submitted. Routinely audit rosters to ensure compliance with trust rostering policies.

Ensure effective communication to the ERJP system users regarding roster deadlines, best practice and other changes as relevant. Run reports as requested, either on an ad hoc or routine basis. Develop and maintain e-Rostering system guidance and user guides, adhering to best practice and departmental SOPs. Co-ordinate meetings; schedule dates, prepare agendas and related paperwork, minute meetings and distribute to relevant staff.
