**Job Title: Part time Chalet Housekeeper**

**Job Summary**:
Lochend Chalets is an established, beautiful, 4 star self-catering estate on the shore of Lake Menteith. Accommodation ranges from 2 room wood cabins to 5 room luxury chalets.

Our business runs all year round although summer is our busiest season.

As a Chalet Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness, comfort, and overall appearance of the chalet interiors, and patio areas.

**Responsibilities**:

- Clean and tidy guest rooms, including making beds, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, and cleaning bathrooms.
- Clean common areas, such as lounges, dining areas, and corridors.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen and dining areas, including dishes, appliances, and surfaces.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas, including patios, decks, and walkways.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in accordance with Lochend policies.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the management team.
- Adhere to health and safety standards, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the smooth operation of cleaning the chalets.

**Requirements**:

- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks and lift heavy objects.
- Willingness to work on Fridays and Mondays

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Certification in housekeeping or related field.

Previous experience working in a chalet or resort environment.

Multilingual skills, especially in languages commonly spoken by guests.

Familiarity with eco-friendly cleaning practices.

**Job Type**: Zero hours contract

Pay: £12.00 per hour
