Facilities Cleaner

**We have one - Permanent, Part Time position available**

We are currently looking to recruit a Facilities Cleaner for our HS2 site in Lichfield

**The working schedule for this position is**:
Monday to Friday 10:00 - 14:00

The main purpose of the job is to work as part of a team or individually to carry out the manual cleaning of office facilities.

**Key responsibilities**
- Ensuring the office are thoroughly cleaned each night to a high standard
- Cleaning of staff facilities such as the canteen and toilets
- Replenish any consumables required
- Occasional working in the warehouse
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times
- Adhere to all ISM and client health and safety rules and requirements
- Wear any required personal protective equipment (PPE) or site-specific clothing as directed
- Vacuuming of rooms and corridors and emptying of waste bins
- Dusting and wiping furniture, ledges, chairs, and skirting boards
- Sweeping and mopping floor surfaces
- Report anything in need of repair or replacement
- Record all cleaning tasks as directed
- Maintain good relations with client staff, contractors, and visitors to the site
