As a result of this growth, an exciting opportunity has become available within our marketing department for an Internal CommunicationsManager who will be responsible for the execution of Calisen’s Internal Communications strategy.

Reporting into Calisen’s Head of Marketing and Communications and working across the Calisen Group, the Internal Communications Manager will work with our business stakeholders to understand the communication needs of each department, working with them onpreparing the content and take full responsibility on how that content will feed into the cadence of communications.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Co-ordinate and deliver, the groups internal communication strategy.
- Creation and ownership of our annual communication plan across the group (regular communication, key projects, key dates, and marketing events and ad hoc comms).
- Compile, edit and issue the weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly comms to the group.
- Organise, write, and format communications for any projects / ad-hoc communications.
- Support with the creation of materials to support briefing information including posters, invites, briefs, and social media assets.
- Ensure all information briefed is relevant and correct, all spelling, tone of voice and grammar is accurate and sent at the agreed time.
- Post content on the internal intranet for the group.
- To be the point of contact for key areas of the business, attending regular catch ups and supporting with communications planning.
- Encourage and manage engagement with 'Town Halls’, ensuring these questions are responded to and encourage internal users to interact within these sessions.
- To work with the Events Manager to understand the corporate hospitality calendar and assist in planning the events for the year and produce any marketing or invitations/correspondence.

**What we are looking for**
- A good standard of education (GCSEs or equivalent) and ideally have a degree in marketing or communications.
- Have previous experience working within an Internal Communications/Marketing role.
- Copywriting and content creation skills.
- Competent in using Microsoft tools (Excel, Outlook, Word etc ) plus experience with asset creation tools such as Canva & Photoshop.
