This role is responsible for ensuring that the OCC programme's products are accurately determined (as features and stories), they set out the necessary criteria and quality standards and in addition ensure they are appropriately planned to meet the requiredmilestones. This includes ensuring that features are properly documented throughout their lifecycles
- including concept, design (pipeline report), implementation, sustainment and retirement.
- Ensure clarity in the definition of the features and ensure the correct standards are in place to drive quality of the products
- Capture and track product documentation, ensuring they are published appropriately
- Support the determination and definition of the minimum viable product and support the prioritisation of user stories in context of the product.
- Understand user stories and their authors; can identify who they are and what their needs are, based on evidence. Support the translation of user stories and propose design approaches or services to meet these needs.
- Co-ordinate the work of the business analysts in understanding and capturing the relevant working processes, data flows triggers and staff engagement of relevant areas to support the prioritised Use Cases. This will enable you to determine a number ofquality criteria.
- Acquire a knowledge of products or services to develop a product roadmap in line with the User Story and Case prioritisation.

You will support partners with the procurement of Power Bi solutions, provide guidance on good practices during the development process, coordinate the development of Power Bi, and develop use case stories to develop visual analytics and dashboards usingcomplex data sources.
- work alongside senior staff supporting the development of core Power Bi skills
- Understand capabilities and positioning for PBI as strategic choice.
- Create interactive dashboards
- Interact with the business in requirement gathering and develop features and use case stories.
- Must be able to provide and receive highly complex, sensitive or contentious information, negotiate with senior stakeholders on difficult and controversial issues, and present complex and sensitive information to large and influential groups.
- Ability to negotiate on difficult and controversial issues including performance and change

- Ability to analyse complex facts and situations and develop a range of options.
- Takes decisions on difficult and contentious issues where there may be a number of courses of action.
- Strategic thinking - ability to anticipate problems before they arise.
