**Job role**:

- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with Fortescue
- Digital's (and it’s products, such as Elysia Battery Intelligence) business objectives, ensuring a cohesive
- and effective approach across various channels.
- Product Brand Management: Lead efforts to enhance brand awareness and positioning of our
- Products.
- Lead Generation and Conversion: Drive demand generation campaigns to attract and convert leads into customers. Implement and optimize lead nurturing strategies to maximize customer acquisition and retention. 4. Content Strategy: Develop and oversee the creation of compelling and relevant content that resonates with target audiences. Leverage content across various platforms to build thought leadership and drive engagement.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data analytics tools to measure and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns. Provide regular reports and insights to optimize marketing strategies and budgets.
- Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer success, to ensure alignment and synergy. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the marketing team.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve marketing goals.

**You’ll have**:

- Proven track record of success in a global senior marketing role, preferably within the technology or digital industry.
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate business objectives into effective marketing strategies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on collaboration and mentorship.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends, tools, and techniques.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience.
