Our client is an established business with a site in Crosshills. They are now seeking an HR Advisor to oversee a busy team of staff across office/logistics, warehouse and technical.

This role would suit an HR Assistant looking to progress. Ideally, you'll be a generalist, with a range of skills and with the ability to work in a standalone role.

Day to day duties and responsibilities:

- Assisting with HR matters, including providing support in relation to employee performance, conduct and absence management.
- Reviewing and developing relevant Policies and Procedures
- Providing confidential ad-hoc advice and assistance
- Assisting with preparations for disciplinary and grievance hearings as necessary
- Administration, co-ordination and support of company recruitment
- Managing and maintaining contracts, personnel files and other employee information
- Providing support in relation to the administration and processing of any confidential information regarding employees
- Working with managers and directors to upskill employees across the company.
- Management of the employee of the month initiative and company newsletter
- Ordering Uniform for employees as and when required
- Checking and processing employee timesheets on weekly basis
- Managing contracts and change of terms and conditions.
- Support the onboarding process with new starters of the business.
- Assisting on the development and implementation of learning and development initiatives

You'll already have know knowledge of UK employment law as well as CIPD.

Our client would also be open to someone doing this on a part time basis.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £28,000.00 per year
