Job Title: Temporary Staffing Coordinator

We are a specialist Events Catering Company based in the idyllic town Cirencester, Gloucestershire GL7 1QD We work with several prestigious clients and Showgrounds around the country and we pride ourselves on our culinary excellence.

Relish currently has over 100 employees who work all over the UK and into Europe including: National Cultural Events, Sporting Events, Weddings, High Profile Private Clients and Corporate Catering Contracts.

Job Description for a Staffing Coordinator:

- Proactively reach out to businesses to identify temporary staffing needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their short term staffing requirements and providing timely solutions.
- Managing shift coordination to guarantee comprehensive coverage and ensuring all staff have transportation arrangements to their assigned shifts.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as timesheet processing, payroll coordination, and maintaining accurate records in our database.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in recruitment, sales, and/or customer service.
- Proven track record of meeting targets and delivering results in a fast paced environment.
- Organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in IT skills (ie. CRM software, Excel, Word).

40 hours per week - actual hours to be agree

This role is office based but could be a hybrid office/working from home role in the future

**Job Type**: Temporary contract

Pay: From £26,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
