**Roles, Responsibilities & Duties**
- Take overall responsibility for the management, reviewing, and signing-off all types of relevant electrical certification.
- Ensure certification is reviewed and signed off in a timely manner and issued to the respective customers.
- Co-ordinate any required additional works, i.e. - EICR remedial works with the Admin and Estimating teams.
- Assist the Admin team with customer liaison and offering electrical explanations and justification.
- Provide Technical support to Electrician’s across the company.
- Implement a CPD programme for all Electrician’s in-line with NICEIC requirements.
- Conduct regular performance reviews for all Electrician’s in-line with NICEIC requirements.
- Conduct regular “spot-checks” on completed installations to ensure compliance.
- Manage company test equipment to ensure calibration, compliance, and regular monthly checks.

**Qualifications, Experience & Attributes**:

- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation.
- IET Wiring Regulations, 18th Edition, BS 7671: 2018 (Electrical Regulations).
- Electrical Inspection and Testing C&G 2391-52 or 2394 & 2395 combined.
- Ideally, previous NICEIC Qualified Supervisor Experience.
- Full British Driving Licence.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Problem-solving and Decision-making.
- PC Literate with Microsoft Office software packages.

**Package**:

- £45,000 to £50,000.
- 22 days holiday increased to 25 with time served plus an 8-day bank holiday.
- On the job, training as well as technical qualifications.

Pay: Up to £50,000.00 per year

- Electrical Inspection and Testing: 5 years (preferred)
- NICEIC Qualified Supervisory: 3 years (preferred)

- NVQ level 3 (preferred)
