We are looking for an experienced HubSpot Specialist to join a Gloucestershire-based market leader.

The HubSpot Specialist will be responsible for the ongoing analysis and development of Hubspot throughout the company, and will develop a data-led approach, ensuring data insight is central to the business performance, as well as enhancing business opportunities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the ongoing analysis and development of Hubspot throughout the company
- Create opportunities for efficiencies, data management, reporting, and automation across the CRM platform
- Create accurate lead scoring to support the sales team
- Liaise with internal stakeholder to analyst data, identifying gaps and opportunities in relation to the use of HubSpot
- Conduct regular data audits, analysing business trends and insights
- Develop all CRM and communication reports

**Skills/ Experience**:

- Advanced experience using HubSpot
- Technical experience of CMS, and the implementation of CRM/marketing automation platforms
- Take an analytical approach, with the ability to multi-task/prioritise projects
- A strong team player, with a can-do attitude
- An understanding of workflow communication strategies
- Marketing communications background, with a focus on CRM, data, and digital media is desirable
