**Who We Are Looking For**:We're looking for energetic individuals who are passionate about working with children, have a love for play, and a heart for service. Prior experience in childcare is essential.

**The Role**:

- Locations: Adderbury/ Great Tew/Bloxham/Bicester ( we also operate out of other schools in north Oxfordshire)Have roles at number of settings or could work out of more than one.
- Shifts: Weekdays, term-time, 3pm to 5.30pm. Hours could be 6 hours - 15 hours a week, depending on location. Extra hours may be available during Holiday Clubs.
- Rate: Starting from £11.00 per hour, raising to 11.50 from 1 st April,higher rate maybe offered dependent on qualifications and experience. Plus holiday pay.
- Start Date: March

**Qualifications**:

- Previous childcare experience is preferred.
- Playwork Level 2/3 qualifications or equivalent are desirable but not essential.
- Paediatric First Aid and Food Hygiene qualifications are advantageous.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Foster an engaging, safe, and nurturing environment for children aged from reception class to Year 6.
- Encourage independence and creativity through various activities such as sports, messy play, and art & crafts.
- Ensure play areas are safe and equipment is set up correctly.
- Use play activities to support children's social and emotional development.
