**Accounts Senior Position at a Reputable Chartered Accountants Firm in Leicester**

Your proven experience in a similar role and your passion for delivering exceptional service will set you apart from the rest.

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparation and review of year-end financial statements and management accounts for a varied portfolio of clients
- Managing and delivering audit engagements from planning through to completion
- Tax computations and returns (both corporate and personal)
- Supervising, mentoring and developing junior staff members
- Engaging directly with clients, maintaining and developing those relationships
- Identifying opportunities for business growth and improvements

**Requirements**:

- Fully qualified ACA/ACCA or equivalent with solid experience in an accountancy practice
- A strong technical understanding of accounting and auditing standards, tax regulations and compliance
- Proficiency in various accounting software (e.g., Xero, Sage, QuickBooks)
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly
- Demonstrable organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
- The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
