Cad Technician

**CAD Technician wanted in London**

**KBB Recruitment** are pleased to be working with a leading, London based, commercial kitchen company to help them find an experienced CAD Technician.

**Main duties will include**:

- Be able to interpret technical requests into drawings.
- Work closely with the Project Team assisting with any troubleshooting or new developments.
- Become an integral player in the design and development of existing catering equipment solution and services provided.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential to understand and respond to the client brief, so to produce the ideal design for their needs
- Liaise with internal staff and external customers to ascertain their needs prior to conversion into the required CAD drawings.
- Assist with any other duties as required by the business in line with your skill set and experience.
- Report directly to the Design Manager
- Assisting with the development of current and new business

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- Must possess AutoCAD 2D & 3D REVIT software experience and be qualified to City and Guilds standard or equivalent.
- Must be able to create visualisations and "walk-throughs" so the client is fully engaged in the design that is being proposed.
- Must be able to work equally as well as part of a team or on your own.
- Possess excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to agree and meet reasonable time scales for the work required.
- Pay attention to detail with the ability to multitask.

**Benefits**:

- Salary £25,000 to £30,000 DOE
- Full time, permanent
- 28 days holiday (inclusive of annual, bank/public days).
- Access to a contributory company pension scheme, employer contribution of 3%.
