Acuigen provide client feedback services to blue chip companies and international professional services firms. We are looking for a person who enjoys listening, reading and correcting grammar.

Salary Guide - £19,000 - £23,000, part time 8.45am-12.45pm daily, Simplyhealth cash plan benefits, onsite café, free car parking, countryside location not far from junctions 13 or 14 of the M1, located on the Cranfield University campus.

**Who are we looking for**

We are interested in hearing from individuals who have the following skills:
Experience
- You will ideally have had some experience working in the legal or accountancy sector, understanding the type of professional vocabulary used
- Prior experience of proof reading an advantage.

**Skills**:

- Very high standard of business level English, both written and spoken
- Competent using Microsoft Word
- Good judgement - able to take opinions on the standard of work being done, and assess the quality of work
- Act responsively and pragmatically to the content received
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confidently, empathetically, interact with people (clients, managers and colleagues) to deliver quality work
- Adaptable nature with a willingness to learn and take on a variety of assignments.

Availability
- Available to work onsite in our Cranfield office, weekdays 8.45am - 12.45pm
- Located within 20-30 minutes travelling time of Cranfield, ideally with own transport to travel into the office
- Willingness to work flexibly outside your normal working hours to support the business in busy periods.

**The role**

The role is to:

- Listen to pre-recorded interview content on audio files, confirm the transcription is accurately documented; where necessary liaise with interviewers and managers to check and refine the documentation of interview content
- Assist with the compilation of marketing material, including drafting, editing and proof reading
- Proof read reports from the marketing team
- Assist with training of interviewers, and guiding them on quality controls
- Provide admin support the business.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
