As a **Community Staff Nurse**, you will work as part of a dedicated multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive, holistic care to adults within their own homes, enabling our patients to live as independently and with the highest qualityof life as possible.
**Person Specification**:
You **must** be registered with the NMC as an RN Adult.
As this is a community-based role, you **must** be able to travel independently where required.
