Ecommerce Executive

The role of eCommerce executive at Harlow Bros is an opportunity to join the busy and growing eCommerce department working together within our experienced team to deliver excellent standards of customer service.

Based at our central hub in Long Whatton you’ll be heavily involved in ensuring our valued clients receive orders to deadline with an eye for quality control.

The hours of work are from 07.30 am to 5pm, Monday to Friday and 8am to 12 mid-day on an alternating Saturday basis. Please note, these hours may need to be worked flexibly and overtime rates are payable.

You will report to the E-commerce management team.

In this role your primary responsibilities would be:

- Maintaining product files in term of data, media & prices within a multi-channel eCommerce business.
- Building new product data & obtaining / creating media to enhance the Harlow online range.
- Amendments and maintenance to platforms to ensure visibility & functionality.
- Working alongside external SEO agency to ensure products and web site are optimised for visibility.
- Ecommerce operational involvement with order processing, customer service & administration.
