We have a fantastic opportunity and are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual to join our small, multi-disciplined sales team. They are diligent in supporting our clients to provide solutions with our range of Instrumentation Products used to measure the viscosity of liquids in the world’s most demanding processes.

The role will involve helping to manage the office workflow. Assisting in the production of quotes that satisfy client requirements, requiring attention to detail. No previous sales experience is necessary, just a positive attitude to learning from the team.

**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent

**Base Location**: Malton, North Yorkshire

**Salary**: Competitive (dependent on experience) with discretional bonus

**As Sales Administrator, you will assist with;**
- Monitoring and managing the sales inbox
- Receiving customer telephone enquiries
- Maintaining client records and sales information
- Processing orders
- General tasks as requested by the sales team
- Following company systems and processes

**Essential skills/experience;**
- Motivated and driven personality
- Highly organised
- Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner
- Ability to integrate well within a team
- Meeting deadlines
- Solid written and verbal (English) communication skills

**Preferable skills/experience;**

The following skills/experience would be preferred but are not essential. Training and support will be provided.
- Experience in an administrative capacity
- Experience in a sales environment
- Experience using Sage/ERP Systems

**Working Schedule;**
- Monday to Friday
- 8:30 - 5:00
- One hour for lunch

- No
