Digital Telemarketer

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our team at Trailblazing Digital.

As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential B2B customers, introducing our products or services, and generating sales leads.

- Follow scripts and guidelines to effectively communicate product features and benefits
- Identify and qualify sales leads
- Schedule appointments or demonstrations for the sales team
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and customer information in Salesforce or other CRM software
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Proven experience in telemarketing or sales
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Ability to learn about products and services and effectively communicate their features and benefits
