**The Role**

Are you someone who lives and breathes the outdoors and thrives on the thrill of adventure? Do you love sharing this passion with others to create exceptional experiences? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you

In this role, you'll take charge of the operational day-to-day running our High Ropes sessions, catering to participants of all ages and skill levels. Your main focus will be delivering clear and effective instructions, ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our guests. Beyond that, you'll be the go-to person for demonstrating proper equipment usage, keeping everything in top-notch condition, and fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere that promotes teamwork and personal growth.

We will give you full training and support, but there are a couple of things we need:

- Previous experience instructing adults and children with outdoor activities
- ERCA qualification preferred
- First aid Qualification desirable
- Flexibility with ability to work weekends and bank holidays
