On offer is the incredible opportunity for a Junior IT Support Engineer to jump into the industry within a understanding and supportive work environment where your wellbeing is their number one concern. You'll have the chance to hone your IT Support skillsand develop new ones as training is available to constantly grow you personally and professionally.

In this role, the successful Junior IT Support Engineer will be within a dynamic work environment mainly focused on 1st line support of faculty. You'll be managing IT Equipment, monitoring databases and systems as well as additional tasks in facility managementsuch as fire alarm checks which full training will be provided. You'll be in a great learning environment to grow a well rounded IT Support skillset.

This role would suit a Junior IT Support Engineer looking for a place to start or grow their IT Support career and driven to provide the best support possible. You must be able to pass a DBS check which will be provided.

**The Role**:

- Set up and Manage IT Equipment
- Monitor and Manage Databases and Systems
- Perform Basic IT Support to Faculty
- Perform Basic Facility Checks

**The Person**:

- Experience in IT Support
- Able to pass a DBS Check
