The Brand is looking for a CRM professional with experience within Retention and Acquisition to support the growing global business - enhance and scale a connected customer experience across channels, which will result in growing our customer base, increasingand expanding their brand loyalty.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the implementation weekly CRM program
- Devise, implement and manage customer and data led CRM and automation programmes to deliver customer retention and frequency
- Optimisation of customer lifecycle - including prospecting, nurturing, and up-selling.
- Support the CRM in re-engagement campaigns and data/audience segmentation
- Familiar with all the marketing initiatives, customer acquisition and retention programmes via key marketing channels.
- Support the CRM Manager in monitoring and improving performance of all CRM communications.
- Responsible for answering and solving customer queries, complaints and issues via our CRM programmes.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s Degree
- E-commerce experience, preferably in beauty and/or luxury brands
- Experience with MS Excel and KPIs reporting
- Experience with Zendesk, Shopify Plus, Klaviyo is a plus
- Experience of working in fast-paced and high-pressure environments
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
