The Faculty of Business is seeking an enthusiastic individual to provide a high standard of administrative support for creating and disseminating student teaching timetables.

This role supports the Faculty Timetable Officer in a fast-paced working environment with day-to-day administrative timetabling duties.

It requires the administrator to undertake a wide range of administrative tasks and develop efficient and effective systems.

Responsibilities will include processing student enquiries, student allocation to modules, identifying and resolving student clashes and maintaining the timetable database to ensure all students have accurate online timetables.

The role holder will establish and maintain good working relationships with Faculty staff at all levels and students and contribute to the delivery of an efficient support service and excellent customer service.

The role holder will receive full training in the timetabling software Enterprise Course Planner and Web Data Collector.

The Faculty of Business is located on the Greenwich Maritime Campus, a UNESCO world heritage site.
