Your main responsibility will be to work as a team, responsible for the efficient and timely preparation, delivery and quality service of all food and beverages to our Patients, Clients and Guests.
**Main Duties include**:

- Interact directly with patients and clinical staff.
- Receive, check, sort and store supplied products as directed.
- Load meals into an oven as required.
- Complete and record all required temperature checks.
- Serve all food and beverages at the specified times and in the appropriate quantities.
- Serve food and beverages direct to patients
- Assist with the collection and washing up of cutlery, crockery and trays
- Preparation of sandwiches, Salads and beverages as and if required
- Ensure that tables, chairs, floors and the service area are kept clean and tidy.
- Ensure that Patient and clients receive a prompt and courteous service at all times.
- Ensure personal appearance, including uniform, are of the highest standard at all times in line with company policy.
- Ensure sound knowledge of the food to be served daily, together with the appropriate garnish and portion size.
- To comply with company and client policies of quality and standards of catering

**To be successful in the role, you will need**:

- The Jobholder must clear all DBS checks
- Experience of working in a hospital environment, would be desirable but is not essential
