A Technical knowledge and understanding of the following core skill areas are required: - Planned Preventative & Reactive Maintenance on laundry process equipment Minor electrical installs and alterations 3 phase motors BMS controls. Air Conditioning and ventilation. Gas fired steam Boilers and low-pressure hot water systems. Cold water systems & storage tanks.
Compressed air plant services. General plumbing duties Domestic hot water services and water softeners. Heating services. Refrigeration plant and services.
Steam and condensate plant and services. Drainage and waste disposal system All other engineering services under the control of the Workshop Manager Please see JD and Person Spec for full details
