Caretaker/cleaner

Mayfair is looking for someone to be responsible for general

building maintenance and cleaning in our vibrant community

centre in the heart of Church Stretton.

At the Stretton’s Mayfair Trust the Caretaker/Cleaner is often a face of the

Charity - meeting and greeting people regularly. Therefore a warm, friendly,

presentable person is essential for this role.

Ensuring a high quality of cleanliness and maintenance in our buildings will

include varied tasks such as, but not limited to:
Acting as key holder and liaising with room hirers where required

Responsibility for out of hours call outs and security issues.

Adhering to a regular cleaning rota, including rubbish clearance.

General maintenance and basic repairs

Safety checks including gas, water and electric maintenance

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £233.00-£319.00 per week

Expected hours: 20 - 27 per week

**Experience**:

- cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
- Commercial cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
- janitorial: 1 year (preferred)

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Church Stretton (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Church Stretton: Relocate before starting work (required)
