They are now recruiting for a Head of Financial Planning & Analysis to work closely with the CFO and manage three direct reports to provide insight and support financial operating and decision making across the brand.

**Role & Responsibilities of the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis**:

- Support the CFO in communicating financial strategy issues and recommended changes to the Executive Leadership Team and the Board.
- Support and contribute to the production of the five-year business plan and financial strategy.
- Produce regular and timely financial reporting to give an overview of business and financial performance. Highlight trends, key actions, and strategic implications.
- Develop financial KPIs to assess the success of the business and financial strategy. Track this performance and produce regular corporate level management information.
- Analyse competitor and market information to provide insight to assist with decision making.
- Ensure that all routine management information is produced in a timely manner, contains reliable information which has been agreed by key stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Develop, implement, and maintain an effective planning and analysis capability.
- Project manage end-to-end delivery of financial budget and forecasting processes, including communications, timetables, and data requirements.
- Creation of quarterly financial forecasts.
- Use the output of financial models and analysis of trends to drive decision making.
- Ensure the integrity of financial models and projections through implementation of suitable controls, documentation and testing.
- Business owner for the ERP system, ensuring fit for purpose, report at source ERP system.
- Lead scenario modelling to assess risks and aid decision making.
- Aid risk management and decision making through scenario analysis and stress testing.
- Lead the FP&A team, including staff recruitment, development, retention, performance management and task management.
- Proactively contribute to plans and priorities for wider team.
- Interact with (and when necessary be a member of) the Executive Leadership Team.
- Assist the CFO in respect of reports and presentations to the Board.
- Drive the company’s procurement and supplier relationship strategies and processes, ensuring compliance across the business and delivery of the agreed targets and savings.

**About You as the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis**:

- Professional Accountancy Qualification.
- Experience working at Executive Level producing reports that are Board-level quality.
- Managed at least 3 direct reports.
- Strong Commercial awareness.
- Background in building effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Outstanding Financial Systems experience with emphasis on process improvements.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
