**Restaurant Supervisor**
**Part -time**
For this role, we require you to have the following skills:
- Proficient numeracy and literacy skills.
- Previous experience in table service.

**Your duties will be**:
- Maintain high service standards to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Provide supervision and guidance to the restaurant team.
- Effectively handle customer complaints and issues.
- Manage restaurant opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure the seamless operation of shifts.
- Ability to manage a shift independently during quiet periods.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to staff during their shifts.
- Monitor employee performance and offer constructive feedback.
- Keep the staff informed about menu changes, promotions, and policies.
- Enforce adherence to restaurant policies, including dress code and conduct.
- Enforce liquor licensing laws and responsible alcohol service practices.
- Foster open and effective communication with restaurant management, staff, and suppliers.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to optimize order flow and minimize wait times.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant.
- Good knowledge of food safety regulations.**:
- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
