**Social Media Marketing Graduate (Fixed-Term 12 Months), Abergavenny Headquarters - Robert Price Builders Merchants Ltd**

We are looking for a passionate and energetic marketing graduate to join the Robert Price Group.

You will be responsible for the Robert Price Groups marketing across various different channels.

This is a great opportunity for a recent marketing graduate to gain on-the-job experience and support from a collaborative marketing team.

Robert Price Builders’ Merchants Ltd is a family run independent business, with head office in Abergavenny. Founded in 1847, we are a substantial local employer, with the developments and progressions of a modern SME, and the grounding and values of a traditional family run business. We are the largest independent builders’ merchant in South East Wales.

Robert Price Group currently have 31 branches across South East Wales and Herefordshire.

**What is a builders’ merchant?**

A builders’ merchant is a company which supplies materials to the construction sector.

Up to 85% of the built environment you see around you is supplied by Britain’s builders’ merchants. Merchants and the supply chain are crucial to the construction industry which contributes over £40 billion to the UK economy each year. A career in this essential commercial sector can be challenging, varied and rewarding.

**Hours**:
40 hours per week average to be worked from Monday - Friday, between the hours 7:30am - 4:30pm.

**Pay**:
Negotiable according to experience.

**Duties**:

- Implement and develop social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement and sales.
- Manage and maintain all of Robert Price Group’s social media accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.
- Create compelling and visually captivating social media content.
- Monitor and engage with social media comments, messages, inquiries to develop positive relationships with customers and account followers.
- Keep up to date with social media trends to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Collaborate with our different branches/head office staff to create engaging digital assets to align with pre-agreed marketing strategies.

**Essential skills**:

- Full UK Driving Licence
- Act with initiative
- Be committed to serving the Company

**Desirable**:

- Marketing degree.
