Serra and Speller Ltd are a property maintenance and construction company based in London. We work closely with a wide range of Property Managers, covering the M25 and Home Counties.

We are currently looking for a hardworking, experienced commercial cleaner who has an eye for detail and strives for perfection. Ideally situated in South/South West London.

Must have FULL UK Driving Licence.

Job role will include:

- Driving in and around London
- General cleaning to the communal areas of blocks of flats and residential facilities.
- Emptying waste bins, dusting required areas
- Vacuuming throughout and mopping required areas
- Jet Washing areas (such as bin stores, balconies and paved areas) when requested
- Window Cleaning using our equipment (training if required)
- Carpet deep cleaning
- Removal of furniture items when requested
- Clear reporting back to Manager when job is complete
- Initiative to see additional cleaning works and report back to Manager
- Ability to work alone and take pride in their role

**Requirements**:

- Ideally living in South/South West London
- Previous commercial cleaning experience over 3 years
- Must speak FLUENT English and be authorized to work in the UK
- Honest, professional, reliable and responsible
- Undergo a full background check and have two good written references

Please note : employment is on a self-employed basis.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
