Building Control Surveyor

There is an opportunity for you to join the building control service. If successful you will be joining a dynamic team providing support to customers to help them comply with the building regulations.
**About the role**
This is a replacement role covering the Cotswolds, famous for quintessentially English market towns and villages built from honey-coloured stone. With a range of gently rolling hills and the largest area of outstanding natural beauty in England making it a perfect base for walking and cycling, you will have this right on your doorstep. With our agile working ethos: you will be spoilt for choice.
- We provide professional service on all aspects of the building regulations including plan appraisal and site inspections
- You will carry out inspections of dangerous structures and resolve the issues that may arise.
- You will contribute to the development of the service in relation to commerciality and efficiency
- You will maintain continuous professional development to achieve professional registration when required.
**You will need**
- Minimum CIOB LEVEL 4 Diploma in building control surveying
- Associate membership of a relevant construction body
- Sound knowledge of the building regulations and associated standards

- Ability to drive and provide your own transport
