**As a Weekend Sales Assistant with CC some of your responsibilities include**
- Provide exceptional service to customers in the shop in a courteous and professional manner
- To process all customer sales and payments accurately through the till/epos
- To ensure that customer orders are processed promptly and accurately
- Use product knowledge to provide recommendations and help customers find the best product for their needs
- Developing sales of the Company’s product ranges including barware, tabletop and furniture
- Building relationships with customers to fully identify their needs and allow us to provide a comprehensive service
- Promote seasonal and special items, including merchandising goods in-store to increase visibility and sales
- Ensuring that the displays are kept stocked and looking their best throughout the store
- Ensure that all health and safety requirements are met and adhered to

**Who we are looking for to join our team**:

- Exceptional customer service and verbal communication skills, to understand and translate customer requirements into product recommendations
- Approachable, possessing an open and friendly personality - happy to help both customers and colleagues
- Enjoy working and supporting a team, but can always be relied upon to work as an individual
- Keen to learn, develop skills
- Number literate, confident with technology and POS systems.
- Previous retail experience or product knowledge would be advantageous but not essential, as full training will be given to the right person.
- The ability to maintain focus in a busy environment
- Has a smart and professional appearance

The opening hours for the shop are 10am - 5pm Saturday, and 10am -4pm Sunday. Additional days may be available including some event evenings and bank holidays. Own transport essential due to our rural location.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 14 per week

**Salary**: £8.50-£10.50 per hour
