**Head of Data and Analytics**

Are you a leader looking to make a positive impact on some of the most prominent projects across critical national sectors?

I am looking for a Head of Data and Analytics to lead and progress the development and growth of the D & A function and offer a solution led approach to our clients in combination with their core cyber and digital services.

As the Head of Data and Analytics you will be responsible for growing the D & A services by defining and implementing go-to-market solutions across target sectors undergoing transformational change in technology and consumer behaviour.

You will provide advisory leadership to data strategy, data governance data management, engineering and analytics implementation and provide support to the development and growth of the team.

**Requirements (one or more of the following)**:

- Experience and/ or qualification in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Statistics.
- Consulting experience delivering data & analytics projects, value creation and expanding engagements into wider services.
- Experience in market ready data & analytics solutions and delivering commercial value.
- In-depth experience in developing data strategies, governance frameworks, data integration and data architecture
- Experience in data technology including cloud platforms like Azure, AWS and GCP.
- Knowledge of best practices involving ETL, data modelling, visualisation and analysis.
- Understanding of data centric regulatory regimes.
- Creating thought leadership collateral to enhance service brand.

**You will also need**:

- Client-facing experiences and working closely with a variety of stakeholders across organisational levels and business lines to win new business
- Proven experience in managing a team
- Strong problem-solving and scoping skills.
- Data management/engineering skills
- Working knowledge of one or more data visualisation tools.
- Ideally an understanding of public sector, energy, low carbon/net zero or health
