**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- You will have the responsibility for the provision and delivery of all premises-related services and the efficient and effective management and control of all delegated resources as detailed within this job description.
- To closely liaise with the Senior Site Care.
- The allocation and priority relating to the work and responsibilities detailed within the Premises Assistants’ job description shall be determined by the Head of Support Services/Senior Site Care. The postholder will be expected to undertake any reasonable duty or activity, which may arise from any area of responsibility.
- The duties will be carried out in accordance with any reasonable instruction, guidance notes or policy as may be issued by Senior Management, the Employing Authority and/or Health and Safety Executive

**THE ROLE**
- This role is a temp 4-month contract with the opportunity to go Perm at the end.
- The salary for this role is £15 to £20 an hour PAYE via Umbrella.
- Full time hours 9:00am to 17:15pm (1hr lunch) Monday to Friday
