An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our fast-expanding front of house team. We are on the lookout for enthusiastic, energetic, and eager people who have a passion to create a great customer experience. As the face of our business, we value a great personality and willingness to learn.

Do you meet the following criteria?
- Have a fabulous attitude to the workplace and clearly enjoy what you do.

- Be keen to offer outstanding customer service.
- Be reliable and enjoy working as part of the team to assist with the running of a top-class tea-room.

Main Duties include but are not limited too.
- Serving food and beverages in a professional manner with high levels of customer service
- Setting and cleaning tables and service areas
- Dealing with customer complaints
- Checking with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems
- Explain how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods
- Presenting menus to customers and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request
- Removing dishes and glasses from tables or counters, and take them to kitchen for cleaning
- Serving food and/or beverages to patrons; prepare and serve specialty dishes at tables as required

**Salary**: From £10.50 per hour
