We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Administrator to join our dedicated team in our West Thurrock office.

Due to planned growth for the foreseeable future, we have an opportunity for a Commercial Administrator who is looking for a career in the construction industry.

This is an ideal role for someone who is looking to broaden their experience and offers an excellent opportunity for career progression.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handling, billing, and control of work record sheets
- Supporting the quantity surveyors in dealing with customer queries and cash collection
- Client liaison
- Assisting with the production of mid and end-of-month reports.
- Document control

**Essential Skills**:

- Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deal professionally with people at all levels and a customer-focused approach to all tasks undertaken.
- Ability to prioritise workload to ensure delivery is achieved within timescales set.
- Computer literate, and ability to learn new software packages quickly.
- Plenty of initiative and an innovative approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
- Have an open-minded approach to problem-solving and be able to comfortably fit into a team working environment.
