**Job description**

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a **Grounds Maintenance Team Leader**, at one of our extensive **flagship** sites in the **Coulsdon** area. The site has all types of open space including some large grass areas, wooded areas, trim trails, shrub beds, hedges, IEA’s (ecological and habitat areas) and hard surfaces.

**Key Points of the role**
- Core working hours are **8am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday** **on site,** with extra hours sometimes required.
- You will be responsible for the grounds maintenance of external and internal communal areas within residential estate and apartment block areas.
- You will carry out general ground's maintenance, adhoc and minor repairs.
- You will be proactive in helping assess for maintenance issues, health and safety including reporting building defects, testing of fire and security alarms.
- Must be able to drive.
- You will demonstrate good decision-making skills and common sense.
- You will take pride in consistently providing a high standard of customer service as you will be acting as a Community Property Care representative when on site.
- You will have experience of working to achieve agreed works are completed within agreed time frames.
- You will be a team player who ensures that all our estates and communal areas are clean, tidy and in a safe condition.
- You will live in or around the **Coulsdon/Bromley area,** to enable the morning pick up and afternoon drop off, of other members of the team.
- You will hold a current and full Driving License (essential as you will be required to use a Company van as a tool of the job).
