This position will be posted for a minimum of five calendar days internally. All internal applicants are required to inform your current supervisor/manager prior to applying. Your opportunity
- Present potential solutions for complex initiatives (i.e. product delivery or new means of investment in existing product) to a variety of internal stakeholders to triage, determine feasibility, outline risks and identify optimal solution
- Design operating model and work with stakeholder teams to outline scope, define resources and timeline necessary to execute on non-standard business requests within agreed upon timeframes
- Develop relationship with global Distribution team in order to serve as main point of contact for the quickly changing client landscape and new business needs
- Appraise delays with implementation, assess impact and communicate effectively with Distribution team
- Work effectively with internal teams, partner across Operations (investment operations, fund administration, performance, etc.) and TPAs to quickly assess business need, risks and level of effort necessary to meet client requests and implement defined solution
- Assess risk, anticipate issues and provide critical issue management to internal stakeholder teams. Provide project planning and management that clearly defines deliverables, timelines as well as roles and responsibilities required to implement defined solution.
- Manage complex onboarding/product launch process across ~20 internal teams (i.e. Legal, Compliance, Product/Distribution, etc.) and multiple external vendors. Specific project management duties include detailed planning, status tracking, monitoring and reporting, stakeholder communication, chairing meetings, resolving issues, etc.
- Conduct post implementation review, where applicable. Incorporate adjustments to future processes where necessary
- Facilitate implementation of various product structures - UCITS, hedge funds, etc. Work with Product team to understand requirements and manage project to fully implement within the organization as well as with external vendors.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned.
