An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Digital Producer with the drive, ambition and hands-on experience to join our digital department to work on our retained accounts.

**Position Overview**:
The Senior Digital Producer will be responsible for leading all layers of digital project management and delivery from scoping and discovery, ideation, briefing, production, live event, and post-project close within a fully retained role and team. You will champion digital and digital innovation, support business development and account growth, and manage team members to deliver superb work.

**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:
Lead digital delivery and project governance across two core accounts, ensuring quality, continuous improvement and proactive project and account planning to support continued client satisfaction and account growth

Project manage multiple, simultaneous projects within a multi-disciplinary team

Own the financial and time management of multiple digital projects, reviewing estimates and scoping documentation within the digital team to ensure financials and deliverables are informed, documented and accurate

Lead governance, due diligence, and quality assurance across the digital program, including supplier reviews to ensure our clients get the best possible capabilities, performance, and value for money

Provide onsite project delivery - either leading or collaborating with senior colleagues within a cross-functional team

Build and maintain genuine, trusting, and strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Establish an expert understanding of both accounts including business objectives and strategy, and lead on delivering proactive, creative digital solutions that support these goals

Lead digital client service within the accounts including day-to-day client communication, meetings, and presentations in London and across client locations in the UK

Partner with the existing senior leadership across the account (Account Director, Senior Producer) to create, develop and maintain effective process and a way of working that empowers the team to exceed client expectations across all projects

Line manage and assist junior team members to develop superb delivery skills, client service, strategic, and digital SME capabilities

Undertake ongoing training to retain an operational knowledge of GDPR and health & safety requirements

**Skills and Experience**:
**Essential**:
Leading digital projects in the live events industry (Experience in a senior role)

Proven experience of the entire lifecycle of digital development, from creative discovery, requirement gathering, specification, build, test, deployment, and support

Proven experience in the delivery of live events with digital and/or immersive experiences, content production and virtual/hybrid events

Client services, relationship management, and delivering commercially successful projects

Ability to lead diverse, cross-functional teams in person and remotely and drive success

Demonstrable experience of exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels (managing up and down, internal, and external stakeholders)

Successfully managing expectations, and responding to change with tact and optimism

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment and to plan effectively to ensure timely, high-quality delivery

Understanding GDPR regulations and their Impact on projects including proactive management of digital products and projects to ensure long-term compliance

Understanding H&S obligations for project delivery

Strong commercial and strategic acumen

Passion for the changing landscape of digital and its integration with live events, including development approaches, creative technologies, and content management systems

Demonstrable experience in project management

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Organised with exceptional attention to detail

**Desirable**:
CRM and CMS systems, broadcast, VR, AR and mixed reality, CGI asset creation, social media marketing, and responsive web/app development
