Job Profile:
**Mortgage Administrator - Home Working 100%**

**PRIMIS Mortgage Network** are seeking a Full Time experienced
**Mortgage Administrator **to join an exciting partner firm of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation. The relevantly new but super busy business have set up an FS business to service their 4 estate agency offices in Berkshire witha central location of Wokingham.

We are looking for a
** minimum 2 years independent mortgage administration** experience in Mortgage Brokering specifically and ideally with Toolbox experience.

Competitive base salary of
**£23,000 - £25,000 DOE and is negotiable**

**Responsibilities**:

- Regular liaison with lenders and providers to obtain updates on applicant status

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- A minimum of 2 years mortgage administration experience.
- Ability to resolve problems quickly & efficiently.
- Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and oral.
- Demonstrate a confident telephone manner & excellent customer service.
- A team player with ability to use own initiative.
