You will be a key part of the Change Management team that is delivering change in line with the business plan and strategic objectives of the organisation; this will include planning and delivering and will provide the opportunity to work closely with all businessfunctions to analyse, plan and deliver.
**As Senior Project Manager, your responsibilities will include**:

- Managing the delivery of multiple concurrent projects to agreed timescales and quality
- Taking ownership of plans, agreed milestones, resource demand and reporting in alignment with company standards
- Managing complex technology projects, requiring the delivery, integration and implementation of multiple third party solutions and development.
- Coordinating and managing technology implementation events, utilising experience to educate other team members and strengthen this capability within the Change Team.
- Identifying, tracking, managing and mitigating any risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies
- Analysing problem and opportunity statements and work with stakeholders to seek solutions
- Tracking and reporting on costs and ensure completion within allotted budgets and tracking, reporting, and realising benefits taking necessary actions required using a consistent approach
- Managing the technical and business aspects via the relevant framework and methodology
- Building and maintaining a positive working relationship with stakeholders across the organisation at all levels and including external partners and 3rd party suppliers tasked with delivering the joint implementation project outcomes
- Challenging key stakeholders, third parties, vendors and business functions to deliver what is agreed

**We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who has the following skills and experiences**:

- Proven commercial experience in PM across a wide range including IT, Business Change, Software, Data etc.
- Prince accreditation (or similar such as PMP etc.)
- Experience in the management and implementation of technology change
- Adept analytical skills and the ability to analyse and interpret complex information to identify and manage resolution of key issues
- Excellent organisational and planning experience
