**Bramcote College** is a friendly, inclusive and multicultural place to work and study. We achieved a well-deserved Good judgement in 2017, and achievement is on a secure upward trend. Our students are well-behaved and motivated. We have excellent support from parents and the community, and a talented and positive staff team. We are ambitious for every student and provide high-quality pastoral care and support, as well as outstanding enrichment opportunities for our students and the local community. We are committed to excellent professional development for all. Continued school improvement is supported by membership of the White Hills Park Trust. The school is undergoing significant change as it is due to have a new building in September 2025.

Our vision and values are based strongly around our school motto _Work Hard. Be Well. Do Well._ and as Ofsted noted during our most recent inspection, \"Only the best is good enough\".

**The White Hills Park Trust** is a Multi Academy Trust, based in Nottinghamshire. Formed in 2012, it currently comprises two secondary schools, three primary schools and a special school and we are embarking on a period of steady growth.

The ethos of our Trust is a partnership of successful schools. Although the schools work closely together and share resources and support services, each school retains its own character, identity and autonomy. Our schools have strong local governing bodies, and leaders are empowered to make decisions on behalf of their schools.

The Trust supports schools in providing the highest standards of education and care. All the schools in the Trust are currently judged good by Ofsted. Through the work of the Trust, we aim to build a culture of excellence, enabling our students to fulfil their potential and become responsible, positive citizens.

Our Trust is founded on the principle that by working together in a community of learning, our schools become beacons of outstanding practice, providing opportunities and benefits for pupils and the local community. Our academies are great places to work, where staff are valued and supported. We believe that high-quality, research-informed professional development is at the heart of an effective school improvement strategy, and support individual and career development.

Interviews will be held **w/c 18 March 2024.**
- The White Hills Park Trust is a Pathfinder for the Framework for Ethical Leadership in Education and expects all leaders in the Trust to embody these values in their daily work. _
