**Back Office Executive**
Zodeq is an invoice finance company that also provides payroll and back-office services to both start-up and established recruitment agency clients. We are looking for a Back Office Executive to join our busy, dedicated team.
We share an online portal with individual agencies to upload, calculate and process temporary worker pay and to raise corresponding invoices to agency debtors.

**About the role**
You’ll work as part of a friendly, supportive team, and be provided with full training. The position will involve both home and office based working arrangements.
The main duties will include:
- Providing exceptional client service to recruitment agencies to support the processing of weekly temporary worker payrolls.
- Liaising with agencies to raise sales invoices to debtors.
- Creating reports and accurately calculating margins due to agencies based on charge and pay rates for workers.
- Chasing receipt of payroll information from clients on a daily, weekly, monthly basis to comply with tight deadlines.
- Working with multiple IT systems to manage our payroll, credit control and risk assessment processes.
- Processing timesheets and inputting client amendments.
- Supporting the Relationship Managers in the management of invoice finance risk assessment.
- Supporting credit controllers in dealing with queries from debtors.

We’re looking for a versatile team player, who can undertake varied tasks to the highest degree of accuracy within tight deadlines.

- Attention to detail with the highest degree of accuracy (Essential)
- Excellent customer service and team working skills (Essential)
- Strong Microsoft excel skills (Essential)
- Ability to work to tight deadlines (Essential)
- Experience of working for a Recruitment / Payroll / Umbrella organisation in a timesheet processing environment (preferred)
- Experience of dealing with large amounts of data (preferred)
- Working knowledge of RSM back-office systems (preferred)
