Professionally represent the TaylorMade Golf brand at international elite amateur and professional golf events. The focus of the role is on elite level junior, and amateur golfers across Europe, working alongside and supporting the wider Tour Teams strategy.

Identify, build relationships with and ultimately deliver the right players, male and female, to support the business objectives.

Working closely with the Tour Team and international amateur representatives to develop a sound identification process and following up with custom fitting and supply of TaylorMade golf products.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify a suitable travel schedule focused on tournaments where the right players are likely to attend.
- Develop productive relationships with key individuals.
- Provide first class service in the form of product support and custom fitting of TaylorMade Golf equipment.
- Become the key liaison person between up and coming talented golfers and the TaylorMade Golf brand.
- Effective communication to European Tour Team and international amateur team.
- Develop key strategies along with superiors and department leaders to ensure key objectives are being worked towards and met.
- Exceptional product knowledge in order to effectively recommend the right TaylorMade products to aid development of players games.
- Prepare all required equipment on a weekly basis in order to carry out the role on the road effectively.
- Out of summer season will be required to work alongside the Tour Team at several international Professional Golf events.
- Represent the company professionally to all relevant individuals in the elite golf arena.

PLANNING
- Will be required to plan in advance an effective schedule to carry out the job.
- Planning and forecasting of all required products needed to travel with and service the players to a high standard.
- Plan and book own travel including flights, hotels etc.

COST CONTROL
- Work within and monitor a product and travel budget.
- Manage personal travel expenses.
- Work with wider Tour Team to deliver department objectives within budget.

REPORTING
- Regular contact with department superior.
- Connect with US College team to inform them of European golfers who plan to attend US College.
- Track, record and present data on target players and supported players.
- Report on competitor movements within the arena.

EDUCATION, TRAINING, EXPERIENCE
- Experience custom fitting golf equipment preferred.
- Sound handling and understanding of launch monitor operation.
- Played golf to a very high level, preferably on the elite amateur circuit or competed as a professional.
- Expert knowledge of golf equipment and ball flight.
- Will be required to attend training on latest products annually.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent knowledge of the amateur and professional golf circuits.
- Self-motivated and ability to work and travel alone a key criteria to the role.
- Confident in talking to and establishing relationships with new people and players.
- Sound knowledge of needs and requirements of a modern day golfer - able to advise on correct equipment use.
- Basic computer use essential (Excel / Outlook / Teams) for communication, service and reporting.
- A strong work ethic and desire to succeed in a unique and exciting role in the golf industry.
- Second language preferred but not essential.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & REQUIREMENTS
- Regular travel required all year around, approx. 100 days p/y.
- Majority of the work will be solo whilst contributing to the objectives of a wider team.
- Regular attendance at HQ office in Basingstoke when not travelling required, to prepare orders, plan and communicate with the team.
- Confident traveller, able to manoeuvre airports, drive abroad and organise transport easily.
- Full driving license.
