**Where (we hope) you'll fit in**:
As an experienced Technical Account Manager, you’ll be reporting directly to the VP Account Management (who is based in the UK) and working with a growing commercial team worldwide.

This will be a hybrid role with an expectation to be in the Bath or London offices when required

**Day to day, you'll be**:

- Meeting regularly with customers, both in person and remotely, often as the main company representative
- Understanding customer requirements, objectives and opportunities, and becoming the customer’s voice internally to help drive and prioritise business improvements
- Providing customers with insights into the cybercrime threat landscape, as it applies to their business
- Seeking opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling across your account portfolio
- Analysing and reporting service results and KPIs regularly

**What you’ll need**:

- Strong background in cybercrime or internet security, with knowledge of and interest in threats such as phishing and malware.
- A solid understanding of IT infrastructure and web technologies, although programming or web development experience is not required
- Experience with the MITRE ATT&CK® would be very useful, but not required
- Excellent communication, influencing and presentation skills
- Ability to liaise with and present to enterprise and government customers, including senior stakeholders
- Determination, resilience and a positive solutions-focussed approach
- An understanding of the different needs of clients in foreign markets, and a desire to help develop an international presence
