**Quality Inspector**
We are currently seeking a highly competent and conscientious Quality Inspector to join a well-established team in Filey area. As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting components to ensure that they meet the required standards. Your meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will play a crucial role in maintaining our clients high-quality standards.
**Hours**: 2pm - 10pm Monday to Friday
- **Salary** : £15.26 per hour + overtime available**The Quality Inspector role will involve the following tasks**:
- Conduct thorough inspections of components to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Maintain accurate and concise records of inspections, including any non-conformity's or deviations.
- Collaborate and liaise with the manager and production operators to address any quality concerns or issues.
- Follow established inspection procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and reliability.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide suggestions to enhance efficiency and quality assurance.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Inspection using all the necessary equipment within the department.
- Understand the Quality Procedures and the need to comply with all aspects of the procedures.
- Investigate deviations from the procedures and take remedial action making recommendations for system improvements to ensure there are no re-occurrences.
**Quality Inspector Requirements**:
- Previous experience in manufacturing inspection or a related field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify even the smallest deviations or defects.
- Excellent record-keeping and documentation skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with different teams.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Familiarity with quality control processes and procedures.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
